2 Questions

1. I have 2 H23 Boxes/Receivers, but when changing channel, its slow, is there anyway to speed it up.

2. I called DirecTV last night, what does it mean to be a top or high priority customer, thats what was said to me when they greeted me, or is that something normal?

#1 My H23 box is slow, but not as slow as the 21 series. Best to check and be sure Native and Scrolling Effects are off, you can find these in the setup menu.

#2 Cant answer that, maybe they really really like you! ;-)

thanks Hookem, Ill check the setup, and yeah they might, since I have Ultimate Choice, Sports and Starz, NBA and NFL Passes.
