no weaker than stating the Hakeem "closing his eyes" and Jabbar "turn off the TV"....I didn't go there....you did.;)

Whatever. I was making a joke, you're taking a shot at a team that was decimated by Isiah Thomas and has not dug out yet from his rubble.

Forget the peripherals, the fact is Dwight Howard will probably develop a jump shot the same day Dirk Nowitzki develops a 40 inch vertical leap. And that's not a joke...

And if Dirk starts leaping 40 inches, he could go down as one of the greatest players of all time...

With the Series in Balance, It's All on LeBron.

LeBron has all the talent in the world. Possibly more so than Michael Jordan. But one things for certain. He hasn't shown the same drive Jordan had. At least not in each and every game this series. With the series in balance, would Michael defer to his teammates? Nope. MJ fought, scratched, kicked, cussed, yelled, belittled, uplifted, kicked ass, patted ass, kissed ass, whatever it took. On every single possession in every single game. But in the end, win or lose, he knew, and we knew, that he had given everything that he had to give.

Win or go home.

Until Lebron has done what you have stated above and lead the team to 6 NBA championships, he will NEVER be in the same breath as Jordan. That is why having Lebron cover Rondo is a desperate move that more than likely backfire. Let Lebron play HIS game and HOPE the TEAM DEFENSE improves....because that is what has not been seen too much by the Cavs. Just spurts....

I think it is time for the TEAM to step up...not just Lebron.

LeBron is growing up under our eyes and "learning" to shape the type of player he wants his legacy to become. I've been very patient and defended him every step of the way so far, but you know what? The weight of the world is on his shoulders this year. The chips are stacked. Everything he's done to this point has been building towards winning this year.

I've been a homer loving, LeBron fan-boy for 6 years now. If he goes out in the 2nd round to the Celtics and if he doesn't bring home a Championship this year, I'm done with the free pass. As much as you probably would think I'd be the last person to do so, I will criticize him just as much as anyone.

LeBron has big shoulders and I'm putting it all on him. Win, lose or draw.

LeBron wants Rondo:

I'm sorry, but unlike Kobe vs Westbrook, this won't work. Pierce will breakthrough, and I think Rondo can abuse LeBron

I think the Magic and Lakers will sweep tonight.

Atlanta has shown me nothing, and Utah may be emotionally worn out. They threw everything, including the kitchen sink, at L.A. and still lost.

I agree on both counts.

Atlanta reminds me of the kind of team that thinks they're going to win by simply showing up with their superior talent. The seemingly overmatched Bucks (playing without their two best players- Redd and Bogut) took them to 7 games, and don't even get me started with this series against the Magic.

And even though I picked the Jazz to come out of the West, THEY have showed heart. In retrospect, I should have seen that they would be overmatched against the Lakers. :o

Well, I got Orlando right- Atlanta got beat badly again (though not as badly as game 3).

The Magic have done the same thing Cleveland did last year- sweep the first two rounds. Any differences between this 8-0 run from last year's?

One 8-0 run THOUGHT they can win and one 8-0 run KNOW they can win.

The ONLY thing more pathetic than the faux Hawks is the AWFUL Marv Albert toupee. Did ANYONE see that hideous thing?!! They somewhat did a close up at the end of the 1st half between the Lakers and Jazz and I swear I thought that tarantula on his head was gonna walk away!!

Did anyone see Steve Nash's hairdo when he was interviewed after Game 3? Did he have a hair transplant, or was that a rug?
