My neighbor across the street is a big time vette freak, has a 10 z06 at his other house in AL that he drives down here to FL on occasion. Sounds like that's gonna be a neighborhood gathering event!

Usually you will see an occasional use transponders light up an hour or so before an event with a slate and trouble telephone number targeting the the downlink facilities (not the home viewer). Other times it might be up for a day or even as late as 10 or 15 minutes before.

Press packages are typically up for several hours before an event to give downlinks time to confirm reception and troubleshoot issues.

I could record it, but what will I do with a 4 GB file?

I plan to record it, and could burn to a DVD and snail mail it. I'd have to commandeer the mrs' computer as my HTPCs from years ago have fallen into disrepair.

Yup, recapping all the advertising/promo spots that have been out and about.

I'm actually pretty stoked. I had a '99 FRC up to 2009 and had to sell it because it was cruel to try to own it at the new house out in the sticks, down 2 miles of rock road, and the mice thought it was a good nest vehicle. It was my baby and it was an act of love.

Man I thought it was over, lol. I scanned the sat without looking at the numbers again from post#1, when it hit two channels at 11800,11809 I ended the scan. Those were
both S2-HD, weak-ass signals that the rain here has already washed completely out, lol. The channels both coming in fine , even in rain, once i got the right freq in there.
