After what he did at ND should have been enough of a body of evidence!Damn, throwing away 50 million to fire Brian Kelley at LSU.
Just think how much more money will be spent to get a New Coach.Damn, throwing away 50 million to fire Brian Kelley at LSU.
Bucks losing didn't mean anything in the Playoffs, thats what is important these days (and beating Xichigan).I've watched a whole bunch of college football this season, record every game almost. My area mostly gets SEC, Big 12, and ACC games. I've only seen one Big 10 team and that was the first game of the season between Ohio State and Texas. Wasn't really impressed by either at the time.
Last night was probably the best game I've seen all year, Ohio State/Indiana. I was very impressed with both teams' size, speed, skill levels. There are a bunch of really good QB's in the country, none better than those two last night. Really good tackling by both teams also.
Congratulations to Indiana. If you didn't enjoy that game last night, then either you don't like football or you are an Ohio State fan. Sorry Jimbo. I fully expect to see those two go at it again in a few weeks, look forward to the game. I believe if they played ten times, each would win five.
Personally I'd love to see a real playoff system similar to the NCAA Tournament. Let's create a 32 or 64 team bracket and essentially do like states do with their high school state championships. Eliminate the Conference Championship games. Have so many automatic berths per conference, and then at large bids based on the CFP rankings.
You can either eliminate some of the bowl games, or utilize them as steps in the later rounds of the playoffs on a rotating basis. The bowl system is falling apart anyway between opt outs, and teams declining bids. They've got so many they can't even find enough teams willing to fill them right now...
