211k run checkswitch every morning

Hey back with another problem this time hd related, i have a 211k and every morning at eight i turn on the receiver to watch tv.But it always says lost signal, so i run a check switch and it will not find my 1k2 unless i unhook the sat cable. plug it back in and then run a check switch and then everything is good until i have to repeat every morning.And i have ran a new cable to my dish and have a second lnb with same result which makes me believe its the receiver tuner, any thoughts?

Is this the only receiver that you have? It does sound like it could be the receiver since you have replaced the LNB and the cable.

yes it is,and it works fine for the rest of the day after going through the morning process.

Have exact same problem! Same receiver ! Checked everything, cable checked, lnb replaced and signal loss. I think its software issue on a receiver.

Plus I have three same receivers and every receiver have same issue.

wow good to find somebody going thru the same thing i hope a replacement receiver fixes it if not i might have to get a different model.
