28.2 E Astra 2A 2B Frequency help needed

Hi there

Im currently in the north of sicily on a vessel, I know that i am well in the foot print of the astra satellite 28.2 E.

My Question is. I was getting sky tv perfectly until my current location.

My equiment i have is a seatel 4004 dish and an ACU dac 2200.
The tracking light is blinking an according to some sites i have read is that if the THRS is more than the ACU the light flashes.

The frequency on my seatel unit is 1988 and has been working excelent.

Please can anyone help me with this i am desperate as my boss wants to watch his sports.
