#311 software update

Anyone know what is in the software update to version P3.19 for the model 311?

Perhaps its related to the weather channel??

10/23/2006: 1340 Software Version P3.19 for DP311 Effective Tuesday, October 24th, Engineering plans to spool a PARTIAL PHASE of software version P3.19 for the DP311 receiver. This is primarily a non-forced maintenance release available at ALL satellite locations.
At this time P3.18 and P3.19 will be the valid software versions for the DP311.

It's in Partial Phase so not all the receivers got it.

I saw at Dish Network Technical site your information before I posted the question.
It doesn't give any information as to the changes.
