322 tv2 remote issue

Cust. has a 322 normal connections and her tv2 remote will stop working till she unplugs the reciever to reset it then it will work for a short time and then it does it again. the tv settings in the remote are not effected at all. HELP there are 3 techs on my end waiting for the fix thanks Mike

Replace the receiver if it hasn't been. It sounds like the receiver is not accepting any UHF commands until it's reset.
