Hi,

Just checking around for update.....

Still NO consumer satellite receiver that support for 4:2:0 chroma
out to TV???

No developer, develope one, yet???

No, I don't want to use Mobil device and computer to connect
to watch ABC Network, like that.

I'm hoping that there's a HD receiver that support 4:2:0 chroma out to TV.

But I found a commercial one which does support 4:2:0 chroma out to TV.

A GEOSAT Pro DSR160
It's only $695 made by the same people that made GEOSAT Pro HDVR-3500
receiver.

On Easter Eve, Saturday night, I was using my GEOSAT Pro HDVR-3500
receiver from "Norman881" ( thank you, Norman ) Listening to
"THE TEN COMMANDMENTS" Movie on ABC Network on Galaxy 16, C-band,
on ALL 3 times zone. And I should know better used to watch this movie for
many years, but I do only memorize one scene that I recognized by SOUND
with black screen.
Joshua blows the horn to get the slaves attention while they were celebrating
by the Holly Mountain. This is towards the end of it's movie.
I remembered that part by sound.
But you can't hear the characters' voice. Except the Narrator.

Is there an extra ABC's satellite feed out there???

For example, KOMO-TV SEATTLE always shows
this movie an hour late, instead of follow by ABC Network's
schedule which is suggested at 7 PM EDST and PDST.

KOMO-TV show this move at 8 PM PDST.
How do they get this movie an hour late???

All I see is ABC Network with 4:2:0 chroma on Eastern, Mountain and Pacific
time zones. I don't see an extra feed for TV stations' chose an hour late.

KOMO-TV shows "Wheel of Fortune" at 7 PM Local time
And "Jeopardy" at 7:30 PM Local time.

I don't like that!!! Why can't they give that a break for Easter weekend.

This made me think that KOMO-TV have to record this movie on
the Eastern time an order to show on TAPE for an hour late, Local time????
That's what I've been thinking.

I've looked all TV stations across the country on the internet that
they shows this movie follow by ABC Network's schedule. 7 PM EDST and PDST.
NOT 8 PM. ONLY KOMO-TV SEATTLE, does.

So, I was able to watch THAT on TV to see and hear that movie.

Anyway, keep me posted IF there is a consumer HD receiver out
there that support 4:2:0 chroma OUT TO TV.

Maybe next year, try again. : - )))

Hope all helps with answers.
Thanks!!

Most stations start at 8 PM in Eastern and Pacific time, however Central and Mountain time starts at 7 PM for primetime.

There are few rare TV stations starts at 7 PM in Eastern and Pacific for start of primetime.

As for 4:2:2 video format it's takes more computing power to extract very rich video informations.

Cost more money in pro level in high end FTA recievers.

While 4:2:0 video format is more common on consumer FTA recievers. :hatsoff

From Portland, OR. to Los Angeles, CA. they mostly started at 7 PM PDST.
KATU-TV Portland, OR.
KGO-TV San Francisco, CA.
KABC-TV Los Angeles, CA.
ALL of them started at 7 PM PDST.
I saw their TV schedule.
