I am not sure about a Roku enabled TV but with my Roku Ultra it was necessary to select the 4K HDR feed to get that resolution. I have a Vizio monitor and it allows me to see the resolution.

I have a Vizio monitor and it allows me to see the resolution.I tried to watch last Saturday's game on my Roku-equipped TCL TV in the Fox Sports app and couldn't figure out if it was the 4K HDR feed or not (likely not, didn't look much better than the 720p feed). Do you have to select a different event for 4K or does it automatically send the 4K stream when it's available if you select the game? Is there a way to check it's 4K beyond the eye test? Based on the Super Bowl FAQ from Fox Sports, Roku 4K TVs should be capable of watching it in 4K

The reason is simple. Historically DISH presented the Olympic Games in 4K HDR. That caused issues with those who had early 4K televisions that didn’t support HDR. The 4K Joey also is not able to support HDR. So, those folks were not able to watch the games in anything other than HD. They were very vocal with their displeasure of this issue. Now DISH is catering to those early adopters of 4K TVs without HDR capability as well as 4K Joey users. So, this still does not explain why Dish has not bothered to do so. They have a contract for one feed. It’s one or the other.They don’t have the bandwidth for an HDR feed and non-HDR feed? Not like they have all the HBOs or most RSNs at this point.

While you continue to bemoan that $2 a month for 15 months the rest can spend it up front and enjoy 4K HDR that is not available on DISH...Not with my Hopper Duo.
