Hey Claude! Any equipment that is considered obsolete can't be added to the account, even as purchased. The currently in use equipment that can be added is Hoppers, Wallys, and 211's.

Change that to Dish Support, DIRT is no longer used even if it is in the Title Area.

Exactly what I mean. I think the title is still there because most of us are familiar with the old title and it will go away as we get used to the new name during transition. Scott has mentioned the new name while speaking about getting the team back on board with the DISH honchos. They do not want to be called DIRT any longer.You mean the tag that says Dish DIRT Team...which would translate to Dish Dish Internet Response Team Team ???
