Hopper3 in the living room, and the nearest Joey is 30 feet away in a bedroom with one standard sheetrocked wall between the units. Both units have 54.0 remotes. When the Joey TV is turned on, the Hopper3 often goes into standby. Other control anomolies on the Hopper occur at varying times of the day. Is there a way to change frequencies/settings of the remotes so they'd be less likely to interfere, or another solution?

That actually should not happen because each 54 remote should be paired to just its own receiver. What I would do is to un-pair each remote and then re-pair each one to its individual receiver. Have both remotes un-paired at the same time before re-pairing.

Bobby: I did as you suggested and bringing the Joey's remote in front of the Hopper and try as I might, there was no interaction between them. Thanks!
