6141 Bell Receiver Problem

I'm new to HD and I have a big problem with my receiver. It gives me this message : Attention, the internal smart card is not authorized for this receiver. Now I was wondering how to hard reset the 6141 Bell Expressvu Receiver. I'm already gettting a replacement but it's in 3 days and my kids can't wait that long.

You can hold the reset button down for 10 seconds or so, or just unplug the power cord for 10 seconds.

It just does a soft reset, I still get the attention box, I was thinking of doing a hard reset. I tried every possible things to do a hard reset but still no luck. I don't even care that I break the system, I'm going to receive a new receiver in 3 days anyway but my kids are just crying, they can't live without TV and i also want to watch the Olympics...
