Hi guys, great site. I have a 525 that plays great but I have a 622 that will not hold the signal any of them. I contacted customer support and they walked me through alot of steps and finially decided that I needed a tech. My check switch is going from 1 to 50 instead of 1 to 4. I was wondering if it was the seperator the dpp44 switch or something else. Thanks for any and all help, Mike
There is no one here that can tell you for sure what the problem is, as we aren't there... so you get to do the troubleshooting
But we will assist as much as possible.
Here is where I would start.
Remove the seperator and connect the line directly to one of the inputs. Run the check switch, if one of the inputs does the 4 tests instead of the 50, then it is most likely a bad seperator. If both inputs still do the 50 tests, most likely NOT a bad seperator.
Then if you need to continue, go to the DPP44 switch and move the wire from the 622 to a different port on the switch. Run the check switch again. If it still doesn't work, the problem is either in the wire somewhere or the receiver itself.
