721 version L1.16 - where to get info?

I see nothing obviously changed with version L1.16 that downloaded a little while ago. Just as L1.15, Dish Network didn't provide any info on what was fixed and/or new features. Is this pathetic or what -- even Bill Gate's mob make an effort.

Maybe it's just me unable to find this stuff. Does anybody out there know where fix/new feature info can be found?

I heard that it fixed the padding (the amount of time you can add to the end of the show on a manual timer) to go from 29 minutes to 90 minutes. It also added the screensaver back in which comes on after 20 minutes of inactivity and fixed bugs with the DVR functionality.
