Yep, looked there. But as I said, I didn't figure the new one would fix the issue and it didn't. I'll futz with dish tomorrow!

How about trying to replace the batteries in the remote for brand new fresh ones? Just a thought.
Well, the swap is done, but the backup to remote never worked. Kind of a PITA to re set all of them again.
As expected, the swap didn't fix the issue. And after a lengthy chat, they wanted to swap again. I told them no, the problem isn't the receiver.
