any news on when mr. luken will be broadcasting 4080 and 3800 transponders in dvbs...when they were testing ses2,4080 would come in strong and pop off after a while.I have a 6footer and openbox s9 and can get most s2 broadcast, but was never able to get the rtv transponders on 87w until they started testing the ses2 bird. Now nothing from those transponders.....come on mr.luken:popcorn:popcorn

Who said he was turning those into DVB? You do realize if he did he'd either
-make the picture look like crap with that many channels on a TP
-spend more on another TP

He did add the national feeds in DVB. They are on 137W

go to one of scotts old post, that was much talked about.

yes it was....here is the link of that thread
http://www.satelliteguys.us/free-air-fta-discussion/265092-good-news-rtv.html

dated 8/30/11 with this note (I assume this is what you're talking about)

Coming SOON Mr. Luken will begin broadcasting all national feeds of his stations in DVB-S format!

no where in that post does it say what satellite
On 9/12 I posted the mux that was up on 137W with the national feeds..post 78

SO yes the national feeds are in DVB....on 137W

I know the FEC has been changed on one or both of the 87W transponders (still DvB-S2) so that may make it easier to tune in.
