For sale: solid-aluminum 8-ft Paraclipse Hydro dish. It's complete with C-band LNB and (albeit) rusty actuator. The dish itself is in beautiful condition, and being solid aluminum it's great for the Ku band!

First $50 to a good home gets it sold. I'd rather NOT take this babe to the scrap yard if possible!

contact: weblyseattle@gmail.com

Its located in the Seattle WA area, and see below for photos:

Let's find this baby a new home. - :up
The fact that it's been taken down is a great plus.
If I were closer, I'd snag it myself!

A little wire cup on a drill will knock off the loose rust on the mount.
Then a shot of Hammerite rust-control paint should do it.
Dunno about the motor: keep it, replace it, ...?.

For LNBF, I'd suggest the GeosatPro C2 from SatelliteAv, or the DMX242 from Galaxy-Marketing (both advertise at the top of the page).
For the more adventuresome, maybe a C-band only, orthomode feed.

oh, Webly... do you have the pole to mount it on, too?
darned shame you aren't using it yourself.

I'd swap out my 7.5' fiberglass for that one... too bad it's a ferry ride and customs to go through. BTW my motor looked way worse, like anole says just some rust resistant paint. Someone will have a SWEET heart of a ... :deal:

I saw one like that a a jy one time, or well peices of it. I thought it was some kind of gigantic strainer used in food production. I couldn't really ID it as a dish as bad of shape it was in.

that looks like the dish I got rid off.. remember Anole

Yea and I'm still cryin' about the one that got away . . .

. . . and gunnin' for the guy who let it get away. - -

I was sure that was gonna be your greatest find!
But ya settled for a 6'er instead... :(
