Thanks to tip from Jim S., I found these four channels once I swapped in a universal LNB. Strongest in the mornings here, they are similar to the three education channels found on Anik F2.

Dish motored over to 116 degrees azimuth at 15.4 degrees elevation. Offset dish makes it appear it is looking at ground. Last pic shows view to 8W while standing exactly behind dish.

That tripod looks pretty cool
It was a matter of convenience since I had it already, complete with a heavy-duty azimuth motor serving as the most expensive mast base holder one could come up with. Originally, I had thought that motor could tweak the mast/dish in azimuth, but it's easier to loosen bolts and move the dish assembly by hand if ever necessary. The best part is I can "re-verticalize" the mast by shoving thin wood shims under the appropriate tower leg. A good day is like yesterday when I got the leveling bubble perfect in all directions. And then it plays wonderfully.
