Hi all,
Well it's one week now and Dish still has not shipped my replacement
unit for my DOA unit sitting on the floor. I asked if I should return my DOA unit to the retailer and they said no, that I would get a unit faster through their RA dept. And then they said the 921 was back ordered....ugh! Now when I get bored I just re-boot my dead unit hoping to resuscitate it back to life.
Still waiting.
