L283 cleaned up the problem of missing satellite locals when you scanned in there local OTA channel. It ended the problem of now you see it now you don't. Now I can scan my locals back in. I left one scanned it just to see if the Satellite local would still be visable. So for it has for 24 hours so I am guessing that it was finally corrected.
