$95 to fix a fallen Dish!!!

Just saw my dish bill:

On the phone I was told $15

Anyone have any luck getting the additional $80 removed?

If you have protection plan, it should be $15. Call and keep calling till they get it right.

Just got off the phone he added the protection plan which makes the service go down to $15.

My only question is he said not to pay the total instead to take off $80 from the total.So when I pay my bill with ATT I will not send them what they are asking for 162.54 instead I would send 82.54 Does that sound right? Or should I call again just to confirm? Is it okay to send less than what they are asking for?

I would call to in a day to see if the adjustment went through. Other wise it is ok to send in less than they ask for as long as it includes the right amt of credits.
