97W and Polarization Problem?

I'm having problem getting a signal for a transponder on 97W when I switch the polariation to horizontal. When it's switched to veritcal I get signal of 90+ and meter is in the green. When I set the polarization to horizontal, the meter is in the red not green for signal locked in. Very low signal like in the signal digit. How can I fix this problem?

Update: I fixed my problem. I had the symbol rate at 22.000 instead of 20.000. Now I'm able to get channels.
