I cannot locate the satellite footprint. I will be taking the Rv to Daytona Beach. Will I be able to view my local HD channels while there or in Disney World?

Yes...but ONLY if you are using a KaKu dish. I know of no motorized RV satellite setup that will pick up a Ka band (99 or 103) bird.
