I am moving next week, literally, and I want Dish to come out and move my equipment to my new house. If I add the Dish Home Protection (I think thats what it's called) and get them to come out and do the install for free, can I cancel the DHP a few days after that? Will they charge my account for doing that?

You take your receivers to your new house and Dish comes out and installs new dishes and wiring, assuming there isn't already any there.

So Dish will give me a free move without the DHP? I will have to call them and find out how to get that done then. I will be taking the old dish with me, theres no need to leave something that valuable on the side of the road for someone else to use when I can use it myself, maybe as a wing dish for 61.5?
