activating another receiver

in my system i have a 622 and 2 211's that i lease. i have a 301 that i bought a few years back setting in a box. what would dish charge me if i activated it and added it to my system? i have a 1000.2 dish and understand i would need to add a dish 44 switch .this receiver would be in my garage and would see very little use, but i have it and would like to use it.

I believe the charge is $7/mo, but someone more knowledgeable than I may chime in shortly. WA setups can still use non-MPEG-4 setups, so you should be able to get some years out of that 301.

Unless they make you pop for a new access card, there shouldn't be an activation fee.

it is $7 per month, even if you own it. (this is the reason all my spares are currently unactivated)

The 301 is going to require a DPP 44 switch so you might see a $100 service call for installation and switch. Call DISH and ask.
