Active Channels on AMC-4 C-Band

What are the active channels on AMC4 C-band? Someone might say check lyngsat buy they are not up to date as they should for I find a lot of dead channels still on the their list. I just purchase a 180cm ITB Prime Focus dish for a give away price $99 and I want to set it up this weekend.

I have a 120cm dish on AMC4 Ku-band and it is giving me good signal on 3ABN 83% quality and I am the Caribbean.
