actuator clamp question

well i spent last night putting the actuator back in the holder. i got the wsi discount dish and actuator combo. everything is working very well except the bracket for the actuator will not hold it. i cranked the holder down but the actuator keeps pushing out of the bracket to the point of almost laying on the ground. do you guys have any ideas of how to keep the actuator in the bracket without sliding out of it, if it is already tightened as far as it can go? thanks for any help

Have an Old Bicycle Inner-tube lying around? Cut a section of the Inner-tube and put it between the Actuator and Clamp.
