Ad servers gone crazy

Whats going on with the adserver things today?? I'm using Firefox and whenever I try to read a thread, the page is trying to reload every 15-20 seconds, all that stuff about adyield and googleanalytics keeps flashing in the taskbar until it all reloads. Then about the time it quits-its starts all over again!
Has my browser gone crazy? I'm running debian linux..64bit.

It was a java script problem after all, reloaded the JRE program lol.

Hi Tubosat and the group, did you get this sorted out? I'm having the same problem, Ubuntu 10.04 and Firefox 3.6.17 Even if I turn off java completely the pages keep reloading, I like to open many tabs at the same time and it's really sucking up my bandwidth. ???

The refresh thing is normal... one of the ad networks reloads their iframe every 15 seconds and this is why you see it refreshing every so often while the page itself never changes. The tab on the browser makes it seem like the entire page is always refreshing when it is not the case.
