Adding Dish service at new location

I am currently a Dish customer. My parents want to get a Dish a Network and I want it under my pay so it can bill me each month, my question is am I eligible for the current offers if the new account, new location is under my name?

Also, is there a picture difference if I choose Joey vs the Duo HD receiver, the one where it connects 2 TV one HD, one SD?

You may need DIRT to answer this. I do know the name on the account and the name on the card/bank account to pay need to be the same. But am not sure if having a second account with same ssn would not allow you promos.

In regards to your 2nd question, if you have all HDTV's in the home the Joeys will display a better picture than the TV2 of a dual HD DVR.
