All DVR Programs gone

When I turned on the TV last night I was going to watch some recorded programs and they are all missing. This is a 522 DVR. My timers are still OK. Is there anyway to get the missing programs back?

Try doing a reset of the receiver turning it off and back on. I did that after my 625 did some soft of update and it took everything off after i did the reset everything came back all my timers and all my recordings.

The fact you still have your timers it was probably software clearing your hard drive, programs are gone. Hard drives are not permanent storage media that is why businesses back up their Hard Drives. Put it on Video tape or DVD if you want to store it.

They're gone.... Move on. Dish can't get the programs back either.
