Am I considered an existing customer?

I just had the dish installed last week, and in hindsight should have upgraded to the 811; however, I seem to be stuck with my 301. I don't have a HDTV yet, but will soon. Now they say I am stuck with the 301 for the entire year since I am with DHP. They won't let me upgrade now to the 811.

So my question, am I considered an existing customer and can get the 811 for $199, or do I have to pay full price?

Or do you guys have any other suggestions?
 
I would call DISH and ask for the 811, they most likey will let you have it for that price. You have nothing to loose by asking.
 
DHP customers are excluded from being able to participate in the 811 promotion for existing customers.

I did get the 522, so I guess I can't double dip. But I'll still try.

Anyone have an extra #2 remote for the 522???
