Of course it will. Those are not apps but are channels you sub to within Prime.

I misread HipKat's post. He said that the memo he got said it would not, but in reality it did, on his Hopper. So, disregard anything I post.

I remain unconvinced that they aren't able to put Amazon Prime on the HWS without dolby digital.. If, as some have said, it was really about enticing subs to upgrade to the H3, I would have thought they might have offered some sort of promotion.
It would have been nice but in the meantime I'll continue to access it through my TV's amazon prime app.

I have confirmed (unofficially) it with contacts at both companies. For some reason Amazon requires Dolby Digital + support and only the Hopper 3 can support it.

Can they drop that requirement in the future so it can be made available on older Hoppers and Joeys? Who knows. But its a nice addition if you have a Hopper 3.

But I find my Sony UHDTV does YouTube faster than the Hopper and my Rokus. I can only expect that will be the case with the H3, as well.
