I get a good signal on NASA, it appears to be opposite polarity of Telemundo S2 channel (s). Check your feedhorn/polarity switching.
edit to add : I checked all 3 channels coming in fine-they're discussing a piece of space debris that is coming near the ISS.
What kind of dish/receiver/lnb you are using?

There have been some receiver problems where the LNBF voltage didn't change between Vertical (13v) and Horizontal (18v).
You might verify.

When was the last time you got NASA?

Any troubles on other satellites?

Had any big wind storms in the area lately?
