Amiko Nano HD Firmware 1.1.91: Youtube fix

Changes
-------
- Updates Youtube.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
Follow this procedure EXACTLY or you will end up with no satellites at all and you’ll wipe all of your channels and settings. This version is NTSC for North America.
*** IF YOU ARE STILL RUNNING THE ORIGINAL 1.0.85 Americas Firmware you will need to follow a different procedure to update the bootloader. See bootloader instructions.txt inside the USB download package for instructions ***

For everyone that had previously upgraded this is super easy, standard upgrade instructions:

BY USB
------
1. Unzip the update package and put the .abs file in the root of a USB flash drive.
2. MENU > SYSTEM > UPGRADE BY USB
3. Select the .abs file on the Upgrade File line.
4. BE SURE UPGRADE MODE IS SOFTWARE(NO CHANNEL LIST)
5. Arrow to start and press OK on remote. Your STB will install the new firmware and reboot when done.

BY ONLINE UPGRADE
-----------------
1. MENU > INTERNET > HTTP UPGRADE > MANUAL UPGRADE.
2. Ensure upgrade mode is SOFTWARE(NO CHANNEL LIST).
3. Press RED key on remote. Your STB will download & install the new firmware and reboot when done.

Optional but highly recommended
-------------------------------
Now that you have successfully upgraded the firmware and bootloader and restored your channels you should make a new backup with everything in it. This will save you the extra steps above should you need to restore or revert your Nano HD. I recommend doing this on a spare USB Flash drive that you can leave alone and put somewhere safe if ever needed.

1. Go to MENU > SYSTEM > DEFAULT SETTING.
2. Select “Save default value” and press OK. This writes all your preferences and database into the default memory.
3. Go to MENU > SYSTEM > BACKUP TO USB and make a new backup. If you want you can change the name of the backup file to anything you want.

Just did the On-Line upgrade and went fast and smooth. :)
