HI my Viewsat extreme 2000 locked up. I had a super PIN and I entered it - 0937

It appeared to be accepted but now nothing works and it will no longer accept the 0000 PIN.

I am a dumbo, reallly dumb, when it comes to computers.

What should I do now

What exactly is a hacker to TV, I thought that was only on computers?

Or is it that they have illegally obtained some type of receiver to get FREE satellite TV from D*/E*??? Thought they did away w/ all that stuff?? Just curious.
