any difference between a GI 4DTV DSR 922 and a Motorola 4DTV DSR 922 ??

Anybody know what the difference is between a General Instruments DSR 922, and a Motorola DSR 922 ?? Any difference at all , or just production date?

Motorola bought out General Instrument and the units made from that point inherited the Motorola name.
