I recently learned about vdc.com and tried contacting but never get responses. Is this company legit or are they over their heads in offering TV online?

They have a really nice free 2300k stream of NASA TV, that's my only experience with them!

I'm not sure if they are still there or not. I subscribed to their programming several months ago but they never update their site and no one ever answers the phone. Have they gone belly up?
