Any Reception on a TV without a Receiver?

Interesting. If I'm reading this report right, it looks like I'd be able to receive a wide array of locat network stations, including all the usual suspects, with an set-top antenna. I just remembered I already have one of the Radio Shack "Star Trek" antennas connected to my bedroom TV as a back-up for when cable went out. I can hook that up to the TV's in question, and see how it works.
