Any SBC/DISH customers able to lease 942?

I'm thinking about emailing DISH via the ceo email address to try to lease a 942. Have any SBC/Dish customers had any success with obtaining a 942? And for those who currently lease a 942, is there any sort of commitment that you are required to continue to use Dish for 'x' amount of years?

the sbc customer reps told me they do not have it at this time. only the 811. also they are still giving out the 522 in my area(ct), they must have got a deal because they no longer have them on the dish site. also they are doing most installs with d500 so you still need 2nd dish for voom channels.
