Anyone having problems with locals on 61.5?

Several times today, the tv screen has turned green for a few seconds while watching our locals off of 61.5. Our DMA is Rochester NY.
We have a HWS with 338. Haven't watched the locals on our other HWS today.
System Status test is good on all three earc sats.
