Anyone in Tri-State area lost signal?

Hello. I lost the sat signal last night due to the snowstorm. Woke up this morning and the signal was still out. I just want to see if it is a general outage and not my equipment. Thanks

It was out in brooklyn, ny from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am with brief pockets of time some channels would be back. It stopped snowing outside at around 8, yet was still out. Never seen it out that long. Saw alot of users on twitter experiencing it. Kept checking here expecting a topic but like charlie said his customers all live on farms. I think its finally time to switch soon. I missed out on alot of shows over that time period.

Our Dish service went out last night in Brooklyn too but today I had a tech come and repoint the EA Dish from the hurricane last week since 72.7 was week too no signal.

Do you have any idea how many tristate areas there are in the US? Look at a map. Be a little more specific, please. For me tri-state would be IL-WI-IA (think Dubuque). I've lived in and around several others. Thanks, Jan
