Unfortunately the shop-o-matic dish is not the worst thing you'll see.

So long as it works, I see nothing wrong with this installation. It might be especially helpful if you have fast growing trees or the neighbors put a 2nd story addition on their house!

Honestly, someone should at least put a couple cinder blocks in there to weigh it down a bit. I've certainly seen worse than this.
