I think this was the second step to invalidating. I don't believe it's been revoked just yet.

It is just preliminary... If it is not invalidated before the Samsung appeal, Samsung will be out of luck. Apple still has the opportunity to tighten up the patent claims to satisfy the patent office and retain the patent.
