Yup, I can confirm that . Recordings are CC free. Dish ditcher here!
With ATI CableCard tuner, I record everything directly into Media Center, watch em on any xBox or PC.

there are reports of tivo users in areas being taken over by Frontier that they now have CP flags and cannot transfer shows. If this happens here it will be the end of tivo for me since it does not stream and can only transfer between tivo's. It will be hello Moxi.
