Are NHK World and RT still on G16?

Hi all I know you're going to say my dish is out of alignment but bear with me. Are NHK and RT still on G16 ku band at 99 W? I can pick up several radio channels and JBS there but NHK is gone. Any ideas?

They moved to 103W in the beach cam mux (11940 V 20000).
