I don't know, but according to Scott, you have it unless you have the HD Absolute package:

I just did a chat with an E* CSR to see whether I would have Fox News HD if I switched to Turbo Bronze and was told it wasn't in the package. So there you go. According to Scott and his source you have it, according to subs' postings here on the forum and the E* CSRs you don't.
