Are these DirecTv Plus receivers? Sony HD300, Toshiba DTS 3000

The model number for the sony is HD300 and for the toshiba is DTS 3000. The gal was wanting to buy a DirecTv Phase III 3 eye dish from me but wanted to know if her receivers would work or not.

When you say DirecTV Plus, are you asking about interactive, Para Todos capable, both or merely PhaseIII compatible?

Para Todos: Yes

Not only that receiver, but NO recevier can be software upgraded to MPEG4.
