Are they going to Spotbeam 129?

The current satellite at 129 cannot do spot beams, but the replacement satellite is supposed to do spot beams in a couple years. It is not clear what will be spot and what will not since the satellite will be shared with Canada.
Spot beams would most likely improve the signal strength to those areas getting the beam. This would be great for LIL (SD and HD). This may be the slot used to broadcast some of the HD LIL that they could not get at 110 and 118.7.
