Honestly with PQ so close, and totally subjective, there are other factors I would like at when trying to decide which one to go with.

Prgramming available.
Programming that you want.
Customer service.
Equipment.
Hidden fees
ect.

These issues should be more important than any decisions made concerning PQ.
